Delivery Policy

When your reservation is confirmed by us, your booking is confirmed and guaranteed.

You will get written booking confirmation and when paid in full a rental voucher via email.

Payment will be with credit card.

For CAR RENTAL reservations you will pay the full amount upfront with an extra discount offered on our website or with the Pay Later option with no extra discount applicable.

For MOTORHOMES, CAMPERVANS and 4WD SAFARI CARS you pay a 10% deposit to confirm the booking. Final balance is payable 6 weeks before pick up.

In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

It’s always free to modify or cancel your booking as long as you let us know in time according to the conditions of your booking.

To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking you must cancel it before the start of your rental through the “My Booking” section of our website.

No refunds will be given if the booking is not cancelled before the start time and we cannot use this money for other bookings.

Cancellations refund policy

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY MOTORHOMES AND 4WD CAMPERVANS

  • 3 Months or longer before departure date: 10% of total costs + ZAR250 admin fee
  • 2 Months before departure date: 35% of total costs + ZAR 250 admin fee
  • 1 Month before departure date: 60% of total costs + ZAR 250 admin fee
  • 2 week or no-show: 100 % of total Costs + ZAR 250 admin fee

 

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY FOR RENTAL CARS

  • 24 hours before pick up date: Full refund minus ZAR150 admin fees
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of 2 days booked rate + ZAR150 admin fee
